【英文小課堂】畢業、失業、得業！

人生階段 (stages of life) 得以進升是開心的事。幼稚園畢業入小學，小學入初中，初中入高中，高中再入大學，大學畢業了，若找不到工作，豈不是失業了(unemployed)？還會開心嗎？

跟據西柏亞 (zippia.com) 網站，紐約市最佳職業是電腦系統分析師 (computer system analysts). 而大學雜誌 (collegemagazine.com) 網站最高入行年薪 (annual salary) 的就是金融分析師 (Financial analysts), 平均大學畢業生 (college graduates) 第一年的年薪已有$77,000!

在疫情之下，今年的大學畢業生求職可能要多加努力。可以參考以下求職面試的提示：

1. Tell me about yourself.  請介紹一下你自己。
（最好說出你與這份工作有關的背景資料）

2. How would you describe yourself? 請你形容一下你自己。
（你要用形容詞及例子來表達你的特質，這特質是有助你出任這工作）

3. What makes you unique? 是什麼令您與眾不同？
(陳述你有那些獨特的才幹及經驗可助你貢獻給該公司）

4. Why do you want to work here? 為甚麼你想加入這公司工作？
(你要針對公司的營運目標和方向，而說明你正是為這個意念而來的）

5. What interests you about this role? 甚麼令你興趣要應徵出任這職位？(陳述你是瞭解這職位的要求及其工作範疇，你非常喜歡擔任這職位。）
